Something to think about this weekend: historical novel covers. Name a couple of your favorites and why you found them appealing. For me...hmmm....lots of good ones out there. I'm not usually a fan of headless models, but I really like Cathy Gohlke's Band of Sisters.
Anne Mateer's newest is lovely too.
I like covers that set the story for me, and don't just have the character looking off into a field (even though one of my books is like that.) But this is just personal preference. By the way, both books featured on this week's blog have wonderful covers, don't you think? And I'm only featuring just a few here. There are many other good ones out there.
