This Week's Winner and a question for YOU!

The winner of Karen Halvorsen's Schreck's Sing For Me is Bonnie Roof! Congrats, Bonnie! I have sent you an email.

Karen brought up the question of calling, and that made me wonder. When you read a novel, do you like to know what a character's calling in life is? Or do you like to try to figure it out as the character moves along in his/her journey? What book have you read that is a good example of this?

Happy reading!

I think it depends on the book. Some books are about a character figuring their calling out. Other books are about characters acting on their callings. In the latter case, it's important to know what a character's calling is, in the former, the reader wants to discover with the character. My 2 pennies' worth!
